Couldn’t highly recommend Steph Sullivan Sleep Consultant enough! She listened to what I wanted to achieve and made it happen. My 5 month old has gone from all contact naps to all naps in the cot. From frequent wakings at night to sleeping 12 hours overnight. From being upset throughout the day to happy all day long. This is the best thing we could have done for our little girl. Not only are we getting more sleep and more time to maintain the house, my little girl gets better quality sleep. If you are struggling and need a little help or guidance, Steph is your girl!

Feeling so grateful this week that I reached out to you. Seeing a difference in her sleep not only has helped us but we are seeing a massive difference in P. P is definitely a different baby when she is not overtired. We feel reassured and couldn’t thank you enough Steph!

We engaged with Steph when our 13 month old son was waking 1-3 hours after going to bed, and then 2 hourly afterward. He would also often have a 2 hour dance party in the early early hours of the morning and start his day between 5.30-6.30am. We were all very tired. During our phone consult Steph listened to my concerns, respected that we wanted a very gentle and supportive plan that would help H decrease his nigh wakings and increase the hours in his blocks of sleep. Through a couple of simple changes to H’s naps, we better managed the amount of sleep he was having during the day and increased the sleep pressure at bedtime. After 3 tough nights, H had increased his sleep blocks and only woken once overnight, a vast improvement from 5 times on night one. And by the end of the seven days, he was sleeping through, despite a bought of gastro bought home from childcare. Steph’s guidance and support gave myself and my partner the confidence to get through the tough nights and support H’s sleep. We are so grateful to Steph, and proud of our son for what we all achieved together in a week. We had fully expected the process to take 4-6 weeks with such a gentle approach, and were prepared for this. Our slightly less sleep deprived household are very glad we engaged with Steph and would do so again in a heartbeat.
