Q: What’s included in the Sleep Reset package?
A: You’ll receive a 30-minute phone consult, a personalised sleep plan tailored to your baby’s age, temperament, and sleep goals, plus two follow-up email check-ins — on Day 2 and Day 5 after starting your plan.

Q: Who is this best suited for?
A: Perfect if you need support with things like establishing independent sleep skills, linking sleep cycles, night waking, or building a consistent nap routine — and want extra support along the way.

Q: Can I ask questions in between check-ins?
A: To keep the support structured and clear, your follow-up support happens on Days 2 and 5. If you feel you’d benefit from more hands-on support, my Sleep Reset Plus might be a better fit.

Q: What’s different about the Plus version?
A: You’ll still receive a 30-minute consult and personalised plan — but with daily weekday email check-ins (Mon–Fri)during your first 2 weeks, and a bonus follow-up phone call you can use within 1 month.

Q: What kind of support do I get in the daily emails?
A: I check in each day to review how things are going, tweak your plan if needed, and answer any questions that come up. It's ideal if you're feeling unsure and want step-by-step reassurance.

Q: When can I use the follow-up call?
A: Anytime within 4 weeks. It’s perfect for checking in after your first week, reviewing progress, or adjusting things if required.

Q: Do you use cry-it-out or strict sleep training?
A: No, definitely not. I use a gentle, responsive approach that supports your baby while making realistic changes. I’ll never ask you to leave your baby to cry without comfort or connection.

Q: What ages do you work with?
A: I work with babies and toddlers from birth up to 4 years old — whether you're navigating early wake-ups, catnaps, night feeds, regressions or routine changes.

Q: How do I book a package?
A: Just head to the STORE page and purchase your chosen package. Within 24 hours, you'll receive an email from me with a short intake form and further booking information.

Q: What if I’m not sure which package is right for me?
